Relaxing on the beach....

We went to the beach, it was a sunny day and not too crowded!

Friday 5 June 2015

New Jeans ....

They have arrived, ... I don't know how natural or cruelty free these are but what I do know is that these are the only jeans that fit me properly... And wouldn't you agree, a properly fitting pair of jeans are worth their weight in gold??? Seven for all Mankind, love it! All I need to do now is shorten them, so watch this space....

All natural, cruelty free... and loving it!

I needed to start looking for a new foundation and although it would have been the easiest thing in the world to go back to the Clinique counter and get the same thing, I really wanted to go all natural and cruelty free. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Clinique products, but I am wanting to go all natural, so I am trying out this foundation powder made of minerals by Lily Lolo, and applying it with an Ecotools brush (also all natural and cruelty-free). It is feeling great!!

Look what I found ...

Yes, I finally got my hands on some Zoya nail polish, and also the remover! Couldn't wait to try it out, really had to force myself from not starting to paint my nails on the train home from Exeter! Look at that colour!

Rule #14 when working from home

How to motivate your assistant.....ok, his bowl is full, his litter tray emptied, his bed was washed a few days ago, I gave him lots of cuddles and a motivational speech and card with a promise of 'ruling the world' but unfortunately it did not work.... He is asleep on the job, once again!!

Rule #13 when working from home

According to the law, you have to provide your employees with an enjoyable work environment... So .... a chair ?? Do you think that will do?? Or should I add a cushion??
